Burr Oak Nature

Since the university was closed on Memorial Day, my friends Ali, Miaghan, Sarah, and I decided to take advantage of the long weekend and head out to Burr Oak Lodge for a "single ladies" trip.
We enjoyed swimming in both the lake and the pool, eating lots of food, listening to good music, facial masks, and each other's company and discussion. We stayed in a lake view room and had a very relaxing weekend. Before we left we took a short hike around the lake and in the woods of the park. I was able to capture a few images on that hike. Because it had rained the night before everything was super green and covered in rain drops. It was beautiful and hope to go back to hike there soon.
